Governor Larry Hogan Appoints SensorComm’s Robert Pevenstein to Board of Regents USM

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, APRIL 7, 2015 – SensorComm Technologies, Inc. (the “Company” or “SensorComm”) would like to congratulate Robert L. Pevenstein, who serves on SensorComm’s Board of Directors (“Board”), for his appointment by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan to serve for a five-year term on the University System of Maryland 17-member Board of Regents where he will help oversee the system’s academic, administrative, and financial operations; formulate policy; and appoint the USM chancellor and the presidents of the system’s institutions.

Mr. Pevenstein’s career spans almost 40 years of public accounting (Price Waterhouse) and public company senior financial corporate management where he led many M&A transactions and provided board of director service including multiple chairman’s roles.
